Great gloves for motorcycles and weight training

These gloves fit great and I can say that they are very well made. Haven't used them yet due to daylight saving time need but am very happy to use them on my snowmobile.

high quality good for motorcycles and weight training

I switched from expensive Klim products exclusively to 509 and am very satisfied with the quality of their products. Both brands make high quality products, but 509 does so at a much cheaper price point.

Pros
  • ideal for outdoor activities
Cons

Works a little more. for gloves

Bought for my wife but the pants run large. I wear big ones and they fit my hand. I suspect if you normally wore a medium size they would probably fit just fine, and yet you could still wear a glove liner. I think it depends on your glove size preference.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Easy serviceability

They are small for their size.

Excellent gloves that are worth the money. Please note: these gloves run small. If you usually wear large, buy extra large or even XXL if you want them to be a little looser. I usually wear a large one. I bought a very large one as there were no large ones in stock. I'm glad I did as they fit great and maybe even a little snug. Hopefully with a little wear and tear they will loosen up a bit. Great gloves, well made and should last a long time.

Warm and dry winter gloves, run small

These types of gloves run small for my hands so I ordered two sizes up based on previous experience with other brands. My arms measure 9 1/2 inches. I've used them for blowing snow and raking roofs in 20 degree cold wet weather. The outer skin got wet, but my hands stayed warm and dry on the inside. Mittens helped protect from snow. If I use them for snowmobiling in colder weather I plan to wear linings (which is why I buy a larger size) and also waterproof so they shed moisture. In my…

They also work with motorcycles.

I have Raynaud's Syndrome and I have a hard time keeping my fingers warm on a motorcycle when the temperature drops below 45 degrees and my speed exceeds 45 miles per hour. I installed heated grips which helped, but I needed more insulation on the back of my hand. I decided to give snowmobile gloves a try and chose the 509s for their 1:4 insulation ratio on the palms and back. Tested them today at 70mph and under 32 degrees. My fingertips are still a little cold, but not in the way they hurt…
