The instructions on Revain's website say to wrap the cables, peel off the backing paper and stick to the table. for 24 hours and then attach the wires. I like them. I've used them to route cables under a table and I liked that the loops can be left loose (if you want the cables to slide back and forth) or tight (if you want them secured). Also, my tabletop is raw, painted wood, and double-sided tape doesn't always stick well. But they stick well and when I want to remove one it takes some effort (which is good). You also get 50 in a pouch that you can stick on to manage your cords, but if you change your mind, there's still a lot to change.
