5PK 9-8233 Plasma Nozzles For Thermal Dynamics SL60/SL100/A120 Plasma Cutter Torch Review

I avoided trying these imports tips for 3 years, but I was having some issues lately with the OEM tips not lasting, so I decided if I could at least get half that life span for a lot less, I would live with it. Well I am here to say, save your money for the real McCoy. Not only do these tips not last long, they give terrible cut quality. They look like they should work fine, but upon closer examination after making a cut, , I noticed it was arcing on the starter where it seats, so the tolerance

Returned these tips. They fit my gun but would not work. I tried 3 or 4 different ones hoping that some would actually work. Would not allow the torch to strike an arc.

These tips have cost me alot of lost time alot of work and a ton of frustration WORST OF ALL ALOT OF MONEY. With the help of Thermal dynamics tech support i clearly saw that all my troubles started when i busted out this new pack of 10 non thermal dynamics tips. save your self from all that i have learned just say to Riverweld store. I dont expect to get a refund. you know these things are not cheap

I assume they were cut wrong. Bad quality control. The tips arc on the inside and won't arc on the steel. Upon closer inspection the edge is slightly taller than the ones distributed by thermal Dynamics. Won't be buying these again

seems ok till you use it. machine was set at 20 amps on a Crossfire pro cnc table. 20 inches into cut it would short out and have to be replaced.

While these look like thermal dynamics or Aesop tips they short out instantly in my SR 100 automated torch head Thanks for attention!

they burn out the starter cartridge in less than a minute of use. I haven't seen what cause is except oem tips work fine. That's my review!
