We have black out curtains but obviously want light during the day when we're up and these pull the curtains back without creasing them and it's so easy with the magnets. There are a few different ways to put these on your curtains. Storing them when not in use is just as easy, I leave them on the curtain without pulling the curtain back, it holds in place!

Each magnet is a circular magnet inset into the face of one of the sides. I had visions of the ends just magically connecting so I could easily sling them together and go about my day, but no, you have to delicately match the two magnets together to make them connect. The tie is made up of a big plastic geometric shape with one face that's got a hole in it for the knotted end of the tie on which each side has an exposed donut magnet. Bought an 8 pack of these to help keep open curtains completely off to the side. This plan was an effort to keep my moose sized Doberman from rubbing against them, lest they have to be taken down and laundered more frequently than my lazy self cares to do. So far, so good. I got the 8-pack in gray. I think the rope is more silver than gray, although the magnetic geometric holders are gray. It appears the only thing holding the rope to the magnet ends is hot glue, as some of the ropes had the gold glue string peaking out from them. Because of this, I’m not sure how long they may hold up-hopefully fine with medium/light-medium weight curtains and use!

I like these and they seem to be a great quality for the price. I am using them for my outside gazebo curtains to keep them from flying around with the wind. I had to tie them, then connect the magnetics for the best support. I was glad I looked at the description for that because they are short to hold back 2 panels of curtains. So this worked very well. Brown color is very nice too!

I have been having my eye on this item for a while and was waiting til I was ready to purchase curtains! Well worth the wait!

It works great but the non rope part is much bigger than I expected. Not very sophisticated looking. But I don't need sophisticated so works well for me.

The tie bavvks look great but if your curtains or drapes are heavy or thicker material they don't always stay together. There are ones with much stronger magnetic pull I just didn't care for the design of them

I love these tiebacks! I can take them off of the drapes to close them for the night with one hand! Arranging the drapes in the morning is just as easy. The color is perfect, too, and goes with my color scheme.

Some of the rope wasn't connected to the magnets so I had to glue them myself. Other than that, they work well! That's my feedback!

The tie-backs look good especially on mine (black on beige curtains). But again, in my case, the magnets are not strong enough to hold back heavier, rainproof fabric curtains on my covered deck. I've had to add additional magnets and now work fine.

I really liked these when they came in, but they didn’t work for my gazebo for long. I pulled the curtains back with them and when it would rain or storm they would either slide down the curtain or fall off until one day I went outside the ball ends were off of most of them because they were just glued on. Not a good design to use outside in Ohio with the heat rain and humidity. I with they would have figured out a way to sew them and interlocked instead of being a magnet because they…

They look great and hold, but I am in a windy state and I don't think the moderate strength is gonna pull them apart relatively easily

I bought these over a year ago and the still look like new. They hold the courtains in place really good. They havent come off once (even with wind)! 100% recommended

Good value for the money! They are inexpensive but don't look cheap. I needed something for my boys' bedroom curtains. Most tie backs look too girly or frilly. These are more gender neutral and look very modern. Plus they are easier for the boys to manipulate.

Love the magnet design and color. They are heavy. I have sheer, thin curtains. Had to wrap it around twice otherwise it just slides down to the floor.

Nice looking and easy to use but the magnets are weak. They were very easily pulled apart with a slight touch. Thanks for attention.

Works as advertised so no complaints there. However quality of the items is not that great. One came ripped up along the line and three of them have leftover glue around the magnet. See attached pictures.

I like how simple to use these magnetic curtain ties are. The magnets work great and both adults and kids now tie back curtains in the house. The price is also very reasonable and I’ll be buying more of these!
