Check with GFCI tester first before connecting anything! Finally installed after a year, lol. Yes, there is a problem with the neutral connection. I use the unattended auto setup since I use house battery, DC and shore power. Only output 105 to 109 volts? Charge up to 60%? I still can't understand most of the instructions. Met my expectations and am very happy with my purchase. There are no errors, the block works as it should. I have used this unit as mains power for my home and can use all my electronics during load shedding in South Africa. 3k inverter runs constant around 12v 3k inverter was installed in my solar powered RV within 6 months. The only issue is that the voltage readings are off so I have to adjust the charge and OV/UV settings to compensate for this, but it has worked reliably and under reasonable loads since I started using it. The static load is lower than stated and it runs quite quietly. I bought the 2nd block (24V, 3k) for a separate system and it works great too.
