The pendant was beautiful, but I didn’t receive the one I ordered. I received one that was all silver instead of pink. Since it was needed the day I received it for my granddaughter‘s Christmas gift, I settled for the silver one, rather than disappointing her, going through a long exchange process.

I bought this charm to give to my special someone. It is a beautiful little charm that I bought for wearing on a silver neck chain, which I also purchased along with the charm, and it goes very well, together. The little heart does open to show a little key with a small ruby-colored gem in it. I expect my special someone to be very happy for this gift.

Received and within a week it has already lost the first stone. Had worn it for less than a week and then I looked at it and it had missing stone. Very sad. Getting a refund.

I bought this charm for my wife for Christmas. She wore it twice and it broke into three pieces. It's outside the time frame and I can't send it back. I'm just stuck with it.
