💡 Universal 12V 16.5A AC-DC Power Supply for LED Strip, CCTV, Radio and Computer Projects (200W) Review

This device produced 5dB EMI on the entire CB band and more than 20dB on 180m, 60m, 40m and 20m, making it unsuitable for radio communications, it was also curved and its turn-on voltage is 13.2 V. so you can't get 13.8 that good like most radios. It put out 50 amps of power, so at least that was it. End of the story. If you use it for radio, don't waste your time or money on it.

Radio interference. I wrote a review about how noisy the power adapter was. But I will change it to say it can be used for your amateur radio. An RF device if your antenna is at least 25 feet from the power source. So in my case my main antenna is fine and not hearing any interference from the power supply. Don't expect more for the price. I can try to make a shielded case and add Corcom.filters

Stinks when working, like a distinct smell of Chinese electronics but very strong. The fan feels nice, but is a bit noisy. It provides constant tension around 65% of the load, then it starts to sag a little. I see a drawdown of 0.3 to 5 volts at almost full load. which is acceptable for my use as I don't download it fully often or for very long. The next one will power the 3D printer, so the lifespan will be checked carefully.

Works great for powering my 12v ham radios The adjustment screw allows me to dial in the voltage just how I want it. My radios like 13.5 to 13.8 volts best so I've set that for now. With heavy use of my 25 watt radio I get very little heat from this power supply. I just wish they built a digital voltmeter so I can see what it's reading at a glance. I added a cheap voltmeter to the output side but it would be nice if it was included.
