Works as expected. Fits well, happy with it so far and will update if it fails. But the stitching is better than the OEM junk that came with the truck. DO NOT BUY RAM OR DODGE products. GARBAGE!

Works like a champion. I was able to change this in a total of 10 seconds. Now holds my 32 ounce styrofoam cup without falling on the floor. Many creaks and knocks have also disappeared. It's like owning a new truck. Almost.

Cut out the old one but noticed how it was before I got around to it. I wasn't too lazy and carefully put in a new one. I used some WD40 to help. but a good cheap hinge solution that I haven't been able to trust for the past 10 years.

Fits perfectly! I don't know which entry-level engineer at Chrysler designed this cup holder, but expect that hinge to be replaced as anything of weight sliding off the seat onto the cup holder will likely break the hinge. It's good to have a cheap and quality replacement.

After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try instead of replacing the full cup holder. It was easy to fix. Following another reviewer's advice, I decided to use a hacksaw to cut both ends of the old hinge where it clicked. This made it easier to remove the old one. I couldn't pull the old one off without it. I was then able to snap a new one in.

Exactly the same as the old hinge. It wasn't easy to install as others have reported. It took me 15 minutes excruciatingly fumbling, twisting, squeezing and nearly breaking the entire cup attachment system during the process. It didn't come in easily like I expected. There were no instructions included. Upon entering, it worked the same as the old one. If you replace the broken old hinge, it will work. If your current loop is not broken, save it.
