Sound quality is good. But the mute button is a hold button. And to keep the noise level high, just turn off the microphone.

Bought this cable because mine broke so it worked without any problems and the one I chose only had a mute button because that's how the original was and works as it should be worth the price

For what you pay for this is a worthy replacement. The only problem is the mute button. You have to keep pressing to mute the mic (unlike the factory mic which is pressed once, it will mute until pressed again)

If you need a replacement Astro headphone cable, please include it in your order. They have built-in mute cables and built-in volume cables, so depending on your preferences, they're there. I used to order replacement cables that looked the same but were made of different materials or different materials. The sound quality was fuzzy and clan members complained about the echo on their end. BE SURE you won't have this problem with these cables. They are the same as the OEM cables. Excellent…
