I originally gave this cat house 3 stars but am now updating it to 4 as it has been a while since the injury when assembling. It's actually not difficult to put together (although I have to admit the instructions don't offer any help). The problem is that you have to stretch the springs to hang the house. This is a workout! This is a very different type of cat bed - at first I wasn't sure my girl would get it, but after carefully checking my assembly work and making sure it conformed to the cat code (he sniffs it too and rubs his face on it within about 2 business days) she finally got into it and has been enjoying it ever since. This is a good concept for a cat bed and my cats definitely like its suspension but the tension between the metal springs that connect to the bed and the Wrestling on the bed frame bothers me a bit. The design of this bed is so unique and fun that it can be used as a decoration. And it's hard not to smile when you see the cat hanging in it.
