Skeptical? It really works!

I was advised to buy the tool by another VW/Audi enthusiast. I was super skeptical! This ma bob thing is pretty cool! I was able to get my boots out without removing the throttle duct! I was offered $900 (California money, so not real money, more like Monopoly money) to make an ignition module, wires, and spark plugs! I made everything myself, with Revain of course, for $150. Mmmmmmm!

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Updates available

Great Product Great Price

Jetta 2.0L. Without this great tool I would have had to remove the air intake from the top of the engine (a complete complication!). It worked like magic, I couldn't believe how easy it was to get off and back on. Highly recommended ! Pulling the air intake to change spark plugs and wires wastes a lot of time. Catching wires under the plenum is easy. Thanks for a great product! Fast shipping helps too ;-)

Pros
  • Rugged Construction
Cons
  • Non Automatic

Just buy 45 degree pliers and save money.

This product was poorly welded. When I got to the third cylinder on my Jetta, it immediately came loose and I was only stuck in the cylinder with the metal end. As a result, I had to remove it with pliers at 45 degrees. Considering this product had a job and broke before it was finished, I wouldn't even be able to call it a tool or give it a decent review. Save yourself some money guys.

Pros
  • Decent performance

A waste of money

Purchased for VW Jetta 2014, tool does not fit, spirit in round end soldered and this soldered tip gets stuck at the top of the spark plug wire and can't get in so they can be pulled out. I ended up using long jaw pliers which took 3 cables but broke 1 because it was too tight. The best investment is to simply buy a new set of cables and pull out the old ones with pliers.

Pros
  • FITS YOUR VEHICLE: For Volkswagen and Audi vehicles with standard connector caps on each side (not recommended for non-VW/Audi connector cables); Volkswagen - New Beetle with 2.0 AZJ (AEG), Golf IV and V 1.6 (AVH) engine, 1993-2005, 2.0L, 4 cylinder (AZG), 1998-2006, 1.8L, 4 cylinder (BBW), 2006 and after , 2.0 l, 4-cylinder turbo (BDK); Audi - 1.8L 4 Cylinder Turbo (BEV) 1998-2006, 2.0L 4 Cylinder Turbo (BGD) 2006 and later
Cons
