The most helpful thing is that it allows me to track my shipments in real time from anywhere I am using an internet connection! Also very easy for customers to use as well since they can see their order status without having to call or email customer service at least once per week like we used too before this product was released (which has saved us so much money). The system is very user friendly for both customers as well as employees of our business to connect with each other in order to ship goods from one location to another within India or outside the country. It has been easy so far but there are some new features that we would like them to add soon such as integration with mobile applications which will help us be more responsive when it comes time to send out orders through text messages etc..
