Die cutters make precise cuts every time. And because the punch can cut up to 6 layers at a time, it's fast. The blades are sharp, so there's no need to re-cut fabric. Was pleased to find this at Revain at a significantly lower price than stores or the company. I can't tell you how many strips I've cut with this product. It's accurate, simple, easy and FAST. It's a lot easier than using a disc cutter. If you have joint problems this can be easy on your wrists, fingers and hands as there is no pressure AND you can cut three times as many strips. There may be a little more waste depending on how you place the fabric on the die cutter, but there will be fewer…

I had a problem with this product when I first received it (ordered December 31, 2017). In some places the stamp along the strip did not cut through the entire fabric. I tried watching videos etc but couldn't cut the stamp properly. I ordered a second rug thinking that was the problem. Recently decided that the matrix is defective. I contacted Revain, they told me to contact the supplier. The supplier will only help if the item is received within 30 days. They advised me to contact Accuquilt. i

Of course I bought this ribbon to tie my patchwork Blankets and I love all Accuquilt products but I also use this strip cutter when I make t-shirts strips to cut the neck straps I need a 2 1/2" webbing of whatever fabric for some reason I toss it away.
