Description of ACDelco GM Genuine Parts 25695955: Reliable 4 Button Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob

4 button: lock, unlock, panic, and trunk. Brand new OE replacement; the GM recommended replacement for your original keyless entry remote. Battery included with the remote. This remote may be able to be programmed without a technician, but certain vehicles still require that you take it in to a GM dealer or ACDelco service center to be programmed. Check attached instructions to see if there is do it yourself programming for your vehicle.

Works as advertised. Had to go to the dealer to get it programmed because of the way GM did it (2002 GrandAm). We've been working without remote controls for a long time, which is great.

Pros
  • Keyless entry systems
Cons
  • Generally good, but...
