Me and my dad bought this for my mom to replace her small Asus Chromebook. What a nightmare. First, it's big and beautiful. But it's slow. Your pages didn't load at all, and that was with enough internet. Everyone else in the house burned. However, it wasn't her. I think this computer has a processing problem. Maybe the motherboard or graphics card is crappy. But I don't know if it's a lemon or a general problem. But I would return it if it hadn't already expired. Wouldn't get any more.

At this price this is a great discussion. The display has a blue cast and I'm not sure if it's adjustable. It's also a bit dark. I'll see if it's regulated, but it's not. Set up was easy, surfing the web was within 3 minutes. Battery charge seems excellent. So, bang for buck, you can't go wrong. My flaws are in the display qualities, but with less than $200 shipping, I lowered my expectations. This replaces my MacBook Air.

Three stars due to the fact that the speakers are on the top of the laptop and not on the bottom. Since I also work with Google, having a Chromebook comes in handy. I didn't like that there was no right-click function. This is a good laptop, especially if you only use it for simple things. I think I'll just spend a little more for more features.

I had a small Acer Chromebook for a couple of years and loved it. He survived a fall down stairs, an orange juice bath and finally collapsed when I dropped him and then stepped on him while on vacation. I'm tired of buggy Windows 10 updates and need a reliable PC. Several friends recommended Acer to me. I received it last week and love it. Easy to set up and understand, no hard drive heat, fast, less hassle, good quality etc. I still have a Dell with Windows 10 but for now this Acer Chromebook is my go-to choice. I've only worn it for a few days but I like it. I switched from Macbook to this one and expected disappointment. I didn't have to tweak any settings or anything with this laptop. I logged into my gmail and everything was perfect. So far I have no complaints. I can't believe how cheap it was.
