Highly recommended. The Chromebooks arrived in excellent condition. They were well packaged and looked like new. I got the required system updates on both of those on the first run, but they worked great after the update. The customer service team was excellent when I addressed my issue. I would buy again!

With the whole country homeschooling during this trying time, we needed a Chromebook for our son. We are very happy with this purchase. Item was like new and works great! It even comes with a built-in camera so teacher meetings can be held on a large scale.

I bought this Chromebook for a friend in March. As soon as it came back from the north in June we tried it and it doesn't load. It works as long as it's connected to the network, but as soon as you turn off the device, it turns off. I think the battery is bad. Now I have to buy and try. but shouldn't it come with a good battery? I would NOT recommend buying. To update. I contacted the seller and was told I was not in the return window. Terrible, just terrible. Bought for my 16th birthday. It was in terrible condition, scratched, the back cover cracked, the screen didn't light up. Oh, it came on, but there was nothing to see. I did so much research, even read repair company reviews, and finally settled on this one, what a mistake. The only plus is that there were no problems with the return of money. So disappointed. I'm glad I was able to buy another one for my daughter's birthday.

This Chromebook is a good non-touch laptop, which is a bit difficult for me to use as it is my first laptop. I gave it two stars because I opened it yesterday and it said it was my last update. If I want a new update, I have to buy a newer model. I just bought it a few months ago! This is so frustrating. I am very upset and considering returning it. Otherwise, it's a nice Chromebook.

Don't really like this one. It worked out of the box, but: main thing I bought this in May 2021 and support for ChomeOS ends NEXT MONTH in June 2021. It's partly my fault for not doing my homework on the subject, but the description does doesn't even mention it or make it easy to understand. Bought for my 8 year old granddaughter. She loved it, but of course she wanted a sensory boulder. But it works great and is a lot cheaper. My oldest granddaughter told me that this laptop would be better than a touchscreen for studying, not gaming. That's why I bought for her in the first place. She says she loves to study.

I bought this for my kids to do schoolwork and take classes. The laptop was in good condition with only one small scratch. My problem was that the charger that came with the laptop was unreliable when I tried to plug it in. I literally thought I got the wrong charger because it wouldn't stay in the laptop port without me holding it in a certain way. Charge up a little and then stop. It was dirty and then came a message saying there would be no more google security updates after June 2021. I had to google what it means and apparently google offers this for 5-6 years. For an additional $40-60 I can get a new Chromebook. So now I have to pay a restocking fee for what appeared to have been picked up from a basement and would weigh 175.00 papers in less than 5 months. I honestly forgot it was renovated. Lesson learned.
