This product is simply cheaply made. The outer packaging of the box appeared intact and undamaged. However, the louver used to pivot the opening and closing louvers did not work. After further inspection (and more effort) I was able to fix the misalignment that was causing the problem and saved me the hassle of sending it back. Here are my complaints: - They are actually 44.5 inches tall (as stated in another review) and not 45 inches as stated in their description.
