Excellent job. I wish it took less effort up and down. One star deducted because 2 non-working ones were taken out of the box.

Bought 3 of these for my living room and out of 3, 1 spring return didn't work properly. The other two worked fine, but one had a major hub issue.

The screws that came with were too long and literally sheared off when I put them in the window frames THREE TIMES. I had to make it shorter and better. In addition, they are very easy to hang and work well.

We bought these blinds for our house that we just bought. We could only open them after the return time had expired. A curtain was broken in the box. One broke during installation, the other the next day when opening. We are forced to buy new ones and cannot refund them. I wouldn't spend money to buy them. On a scale of one to ten, I rate it a 0.

I ordered 4 of these mini blinds. They weren't expensive so I wasn't expecting top quality. The first two came with metal braces and went up in minutes. However, the other two came with plastic brackets that were too small for the blinds. I've spent hours getting these things to work. I even saw off the plastic! I have one of two. I couldn't get the other one into the plastic clasps. I hope the company can send me the metal ones. I was very upset, a few curses were said and then I gave up.

These blinds are great for what I need. I was hoping to get something darker to darken the room but it was a lot more expensive. I really wanted a cordless one and it fit the bill. I wish it didn't have a button at the bottom that I have to press to move it up and down. I've seen others that can be raised and lowered without them. Since I have a wide window sill, it's not easy to press the button with the curtain down. But it works and overall I'm happy with it. I've had it for a few months now
