I have never been so disappointed with a product. I am disabled because I have a bar in my lower back. I put this seat on and as soon as I sat down the seat slid off the toilet and I spent 2 days in bed because it shook my back. I tried to tighten the mounting screws, just twisted with my fingers, the screw head broke off. I had a spare screw I bought at a lumber shop and I thought maybe, just maybe, it was a bad screw. We have too many toilet seats for me to buy good quality ones. Wait, are you saying if you buy a quality one, don't you buy fewer toilet seats? With a teenager in the house, probably not. It's all right and I'm fine. It's soft and will probably last us for many months otherwise my son wouldn't sit right on it and rock it back and forth to check it out.
