Never worked upon receipt. I ended up just hooking up speakers to my existing surround sound and didn't even use the subwoofer because it didn't work at all. I couldn't find the manufacturer information to even email them about the issue, so I just took the $80 wand and used the speakers to add 5 speakers to my existing surround sound. Complete waste of money

Terrible product. Every time I play music or video games with this product, the audio crackles instantly, whether it's on volume 1 or volume 20. Works well with Netflix and Prime on a Roku TV. I've tried connecting it in different ways and with different cables but to no avail. I'm very good at electronics and a lot more. That must be a problem. The volume control is stupid. These speakers compare to systems over $200. There's a reason they're so cheap. I bought them to put in every corner of my basement. So far they work. When I boot up the system, the first two songs sound like absolute crap. Does the system seem to be heating up? After that it sounds very nice. The cable that comes with the kit is tiny. There's also a volume control on the speakers, which helps a bit with distorted sound, but not much. Overall, once the speakers have warmed up, the sound quality
