Slack Integration With Amazing Features

I like how they have their own app for all of our sales team, it's very easy to use with great features! There isn't much dislike about this product at first glance but there may be more dislikes after trying multiple other products out as well (like chatops). It has helped us eliminate confusion by having one place where we are able get answers quickly from everyone involved within across including reps/customers etc.. We're also using slack integration which makes communicating back & forth…

  • Reliable platform that works efficiently day in /dayout; always available via email anytime you want help through any issues.
  • Ease of access anywhere around world wether its an office computeror mobile device is used during travel outside USTo my knowledge so far nothing negative yet..it seems pretty solid :)

Easy and Convenient customer conversation

The chat feature, which allows for immediate communication with your customers via Messenger or phone call. We are able to view all of our conversations right from within across's dashboard as well instead have 2 separate applications (chatbot & slack). It would be nice if there was some way we could create rules/filters similar how Zapier works but specific towards Within rather than just being an application-wide filter like Zaps provide. The best thing about across is its simple interface, user-friendly design and ease of use. I have been using across for more than two years now, and it has never let me down. It's very easy to set up and manage your support tickets. There are many other features like chatbots, integrations, etc. which makes it better than other ticketing platforms.
