High-Quality Acrux7 Aluminum Silicone Deburring Countersink: Professional Grade Finishing Tool Review

The deburring tool is very handy for cleaning 3D printed objects, especially when an apron is used to create the object. Ideal for removing small burrs.

I particularly like three things about this set. 1 The handle of common deburring tool is made of aluminum, thicker and stronger than many others. The deburring bits are thicker and the offset hole deburring tool is much easier and less tiring than the small hole chamfering tools which are straight and require twisting. The offset type is much easier if you're making a lot of holes.

Update: After using this deburring/chamfering tool once, the holes are already being transported along the cutting edge and the handle flexes so much it looks like it's about to break. The aluminum handle doesn't even hold the burr insert as it just falls out. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL nonsense. I'll try to update my review after some use but right out of the box the plastic handle has already started to delaminate which doesn't bode well for it holding up well in a real shop environment with coolant…
