This brand was recommended to me by my dentist because my mouth is sore and flaky from alcohol based douches. I love cinnamon and really appreciate the fluoride content. My partner uses a very minty Listerine and hates that flush so keep that in mind when purchasing. If Listerine is burning your mouth and you're not obsessed with the smell/feel of menthol, it could be you. Also fluoride.

The box itself was not damaged. it soaked up the mouthwash and didn't ruin the other items in the box. thankful for. Cinnamon tastes very mild and I can gargle for 1 minute (or longer!) unlike all mint rinses. Quitting alcohol also helps and calms my mind (gargling alcohol every day inevitably has some effect on gums, and I wouldn't say it's a good idea). I don't know why all the conditioners on the market taste bad except this one. Maybe we think mouthwash doesn't work if it doesn't taste bad! Before discovering this, I used the flavor of baby gum, but this is much better. If you like mouthwash, this won't work as it doesn't contain alcohol. It also doesn't have ethylene glycol in case they keep messing around like that.

I like the taste, dispenser and does not stick. There's another formula in mint that burns, even though it doesn't say alcohol. I think it helps as I didn't have tooth decay. I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake and practice good oral hygiene, so it's hard to say how much that helps. It may be a placebo effect, but I feel like my teeth are less sensitive with regular use.
