Just used, in the shower of course, because it's a bit messy. The physical paste is black in color and the taste is not bad at all. Definitely has a mint punch. I was looking for a toothpaste that was free of fluoride and dangerous chemicals and would clean my teeth. I've used Tom's but never felt like my teeth were clean enough. This toothpaste helped. That's great. My teeth have never felt so clean. Will buy this again. The price was super fair too. Paid $2.99 at Wegmans.
