The best thing about this software is that it can be integrated with other third party applications like Salesforce or MailChimp to perform CRM functions. I wish they could integrate with Zapier as well for easy automation of tasks. Some of the features are not very intuitive. For example, there isn't an option to create a new event from a list of attendees. You have to manually enter each attendee individually. Also, it would be helpful if you could see a list of upcoming events in one placeβ¦
