Works as advertised

This charger does a great job of charging my Lenovo 11e ThinkPad battery. No drop in performance compared to the original that came with my Lenova laptop.

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • Nothing

Won't power laptop with GPU

However, this fits in my outlet and charges my laptop. My GPU only runs at 35% when using this PSU. It's also getting very hot. Not intended for more powerful machines.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Updates

Weak cord connection

This charger is identical to the original which failed when plugging in the power cord. The narrow angle makes it prone to failure. Use a strap to hold it in place to prevent movement and possible failure.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Flashes between charging and shutting down

I bought this unit to use as a backup charger for my laptop. I bought it about four months ago and have rarely used it since. It's barely working at the moment. It still keeps my laptop charged, but it flickers between charging and not charging. I have a different power cord that charges the computer just fine. Can't recommend it due to the seemingly short lifespan.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Sparks when plugged in

It works but it scares me because it gives tiny sparks when plugged in but charges perfectly. I had to get it when my daughter's school computer cable stopped charging and I couldn't replace it because our car was in the shop for weeks. I had to pay back and exchanged the school cord as soon as we could. I didn't return it because I've been using it for a few weeks and as a seller I wouldn't use the Revain as a temporary rental and get my money back when I'm done.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Long time

Dangerous when plugged in

Charges my Lenovo ThinkPad tablet well but the battery heats up VERY quickly when my laptop is turned on. He burned me several times. This cable is not as good quality as the last cable I had. It was a lot more versatile. This cable also stops charging (I assume it gets too hot?). But instead of stopping charging entirely, it just flickers (charging, no, charging, no) until you turn it off, which drives me nuts. Will definitely buy another cable as this is simply not worth it.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Mostly good but...
