Need to keep reinstalling the program to make it work

I'm using this to use two screens on a windows pc. They need a separate program to work, but it will work for a couple of weeks and then just stop. The only way to get it working again is to completely uninstall the program and then reinstall it, which is a headache.

Parts box: Computer cable adapter

The product worked fine but my issue was IMAC restrictions so this part is in the parts box. I have 4 PCs and 4 MACs and have always hated MACs since the original Macintosh, but some expensive programs I have to use only work on MACs. I've been programming since 1964. IBM 360 back then.

Don't waste your time

This product does not support plug and play like most adapters. To do this, a separate program must be installed and synchronized with the adapter. The program must be running all the time for it to work. 1920x1200 resolution doesn't work at all. Brought it back and tested literally 30 minutes after troubleshooting.

not bad Computer cable adapter

It works, but if you're looking for any games with it, forget it. There is a slight lag that is annoying when you move the cursor or have any type of video conference. Good for basic use, you need a second screen for Word or Excel documents or surfing the web.

Unless you choose to download the app. I bought it thinking it would be a regular HDMI to USB cable, but no, it requires a download and an app to work and use the Magiclink. Shouldn't require this to work. DO NOT BUY.

Great picture quality but the screen is slow.

Very easy to use, just plug and play. The picture quality is wonderful, there is no difference between my others - I have 3 screens. However, there is a noticeable lag/lag on a screen connected to a USB to HDMI adapter. I recommend the product, however I keep my less active programs on this screen whenever possible.
