Metadata Tool That Makes Editing Easier and More Secure

I like how it makes managing my metadata much easier than having to do everything manually. It also gives me more control over who has access to what information which is great for security purposes. Sometimes when you have multiple users editing different pieces of your metadata at once there can be conflicts. This program helps resolve those issues by keeping track of all changes made so we know exactly where things went wrong or were modified incorrectly. My favorite thing about this tool…

  • The ability to easily find information and easily manage the metadata of a large company is amazing
Cons
  • I dislike the fact that it is proprietary and doesn't support any other major metadata management software

Super useful and user friendly software

I liked how easy it was for me as my supervisor or manager could do his own work without having to get help from other people because everything is done in one place! It’s more powerful than most competitors out there so you can use what's available instead of being limited by your budget/resources. Sometimes when doing searches some things don't come up but if you look hard enough they will be found eventually. If looking at metadata this tool has helped us find old files we didn't know about

  • Easy interface
  • Great search options that allow searching all items (not just titles) through any database.
  • Can access information faster with no slow loading times due its local cache system which lets each user save their data locally rather then going back server side every time great way keep track while not using internet connection
Cons
  • Not the best

Very happy with Metadata manager - especially now that cloud has been integrated

I love how you can use it for different things such as change approvals or version control but also have metadata management in one place so its easy when searching records across departments within our orgs!! Its not too expensive either! We dont really dislike anything about this program other than maybe some minor UI changes would be nice however i do think they will continue improving their service offering over time because we always feel like there is something new out coming soon.…

  • It is a really nice product that I use everyday to keep track of records or to do version control

  • I think there is a little bit of minor UI changes that they could add to make it look a little more modern
