Through trial and error I found that these black athletic shoes are the perfect addition to my mens fashion wardrobe. They're stylish, comfortable, and the traction on the bottom is amazing. The sizing was spot on, and the fit is snug without BEING too tight. My only complaint is that the laces tend to come undone easily, but that's a small price to pay for such a great shoe. I ordered a size up from my son's usual size but he couldn't fit his foot in the shoe at all. The boot's elastic one-piece "tongue" was not conformable enough to fit through. There were laces but it looks like it could have been a shoe without laces with such a tight elastic at the top.
