Got the best instructions and packaging

Items aren't labeled so you have to figure out what goes where there were screws everywhere. I had to dig through the packaging to find screws that were loose and everywhere

Poor quality is best in toys for toddlers

The tubes that were supposed to protect the feathers from being exposed have been torn out. Saddle and reins came off very easily. Seams at the back of the neck parted to reveal the padding.

Don't buy better from Rocking Horses & Animals

Bent frame and sound effect stopped working after 1 day. I just got this for my son for his 2nd birthday on June 7th and apparently my return window closed on June 10th. Today is June 11th, don't buy this. So disappointed. I ordered it in advance because the delivery is delayed due to Covid 19, so it's been a month. Didn't pick it up until my birthday to see the problems. He is heartbroken.

Great product from the baby and toddler toys category

My 22 month old son loves this! I'm so glad he's made of plush and not hard plastic or he'd hurt his ass. When everything is assembled it seems pretty solid. The sound is great. The colors and appearance of the horse are great. It will be her favorite toy until she outgrows it. I have a feeling that even then he wants to play with him. We bought a cheaper item that was damaged but it was in good condition. When we received it the box was already damaged, all parts were present and working…
