Received this in a flat box with broken styrofoam, dirty and chipped top. I was going to give this to my niece but it looked so worn and dirty so I just gave it to her too soon. It's not a gift. Especially in the box it came in. there were several places broken. The cup holder sometimes falls out when you lift it up and hold it sideways. Yes, he does his job, but not nicely.
