When I first ordered from Amazon, the stylus came individually in a box and looked like it had been used. No magnet, no charging cable, no instructions. I'm having a hard time finding a stylus that works with my iPhone and I love the thin design of this stylus so I ordered a replacement. The second came and had no charge. So I sent it back and ordered it directly from the Adonit website and it was great. The pen is a great product but don't order from Amazon here!

By far the worst stylus I have ever owned. Ordered used as new and in the original packaging according to the description with a few scratches on the packaging. Well...when it arrived it didn't have a cap on the bottom to unscrew to replace the tips. Then not even the selfie button worked. Then it shut down about every 30 seconds in the middle of my use. This little thing is very funny and useful! I use it for chroma paint app and photo markup. It's also a quick way to send texts with Swype. I also use it for great photos of my dog sleeping on my lap. Before I got the Adonit Snap 2, I could never hit the record button without dropping my phone. I love this device but I was very sad when I first got it. I did order it used but when I received it the stylus was clearly bent/crimped as was the connector and charging cable which ended up being unusable. I had another cable to use and I carefully reshaped the crumpled connector and straightened the pin's curvature so that it was relatively flat again.
