Adult & Teen Dragon Satyr Horns Costume Accessory - Perfect For Halloween! Review

Love these horns so much! Perfect for my Aughra costume! They are a thin layer of foam over a light weight plastic base. Super light and look great. My only issues were I had to trim a bunch of flashing from the mold. And I replaced the clear plastic head band with a piece of vine wrapped floral wire that I wore like a circlet. So much more comfortable because it just sat on my head, instead of being tightened around it. Great horns!

They are very cheap, there were a ton of bubbles in mine around the edges, and the plastic string they come with is a joke. but I really, really like these. I immediately removed them from the string and glued them on a headband, and they're fabulous. (Not $15 dollar fabulous, but I'm an adult buying a pair of horns. I'm already knee deep in several mistakes. )

Negatives: Horns are made out of thin cheap foam. Unexpectedly hollow. My package was crushed upon arrival, and the foam material was creased. Looks terrible. Ugly seam running up the side of the horns. Thought they would be black like in the picture, but they were actually light brown so I had to paint them. These horns where perfect for what I was looking for. I found that a lot of horns listed on Revain spiral out. These ones are more tight. (If that makes sense.) I was going for more of a Ram look for a Ren fair.The horns are made of a light weight foam which is great if you plan on wearing them for a long period of time. The chord on it is very awkward. But as a professional cosplayer I was only purchasing the horns to attach to a headdress I'm making anyway. For other Cosplayers, these are the typical lightweight foam horn. You know the low heat glue gun rule already. As for ziptying to a wig, definitely go in at the edges of base & not center & they'll work great. Will be easy to customize with paint for a more realistic bone look.

I mean it's probably worth around $7 in my opinion but it gets the job done. It's not at all a disappointing product. The horns are made out of foam (lightweight) and they are nicely colored/designed. The horns won't fall off of your head because they are attached to a clear, drawstring headband that you can adjust so just pull it tight enough where it is comfortable. I can easily see a person getting many wears out of this product.

Used these for a Halloween costume for Freaknight. They were super lightweight because of the foam material which made it easy for long term wear. I didn't care for the thin elastic string that connected them so I bought a headband at Michael's and super glued the horns to the band for a better hold. I was very happy to feel how light weight they are! Anyone that has cosplayed things with horns (looking at you homestucks) know that heavy horns all day at a con can be brutal. The straps are easily adjustable and transparent so it is easy to hide under hair.

These were perfect for my friends Capricorn party! I made a crown of precious stone, fake succulents, and these horns and it was a hit! Super light horns, easy to work with. Highly recommended!

These are really lightweight and semisolid foam. I took them off the elastic they came with and VERY PATIENTLY E6000-ed them to a headband for my husband's Halloween costume this year (gluing flat horn end to rounded headband required a long hold time, so put on some trash tv and be patient). Using this for my jester lavorre cosplay, perfect base, just finished repainting them, they fit comfortably though you need alot of hair to hold the back of the band so they dont fall off when you're running around.

These look awesome for my satyr costume! They are definitely overpriced for what they are though ($15). They are a VERY light foam that can dent or tear easily. They do have a seam but it's not really noticeable. The clear strap is nice and easy to hide behind the back of my head. I really wish they were sturdier.

I bought these for a cosplay, I dressed up as a character named Hannah from Rat Queens. I was pretty happy with the quality of the horns themselves but the elastic headband part is a piece of work. It gets tangled in your hair and honestly made the horns not rest as they would naturally on your head. Light and easy to wear. Very cute with a floral headband to give a fairy, Puckish look. They're made of a dense, lightweight foam, so they're easy to pin on and don't weigh you down, but they might be damaged easily if you're going to put them through a lot of rough treatment. For Halloween and Ren-fest purposes, I've had no problems at all.

I love how the horns look but wasn't fond of the plastic drawstring. I ended up removing it and inserting bobbypins for a more concealed look

The clear string kind of doesn't stay in the clip properly, but you can make it work. The horns make you look hella cute too.
