My hair type: Curly 3a/2c. Now I have about 1/4 gray hair that I dye regularly. Always tend to curl even though I have soft curls and waves. My gray hair is coarser. Also, my hair gets brittle when it reaches my shoulders. Not very fat. Not sure if this helps anyone. My Findings: I wanted to like it based on the reviews, but it just doesn't work for all hair types. Use the recommended amount, use less, use more. Really had high hopes for this product. But very dissatisfied. I've used it in combination with QuiDad moisturizers and it doesn't last at all. The hair was very frizzy, not soft but felt rough and dry even after being detoxified. Did a total of 3 tries with the gel and they just don't hold the curls at all - at night the curls turn into a hot mess like you slept on them. I have very fine curly combination hair and this also caused a lot of hair breakage and I lost a little more hair than usual

This product did not style my curls like other curl creams. I have wavy, curly hair that naturally tangles and tangles if no product is applied to it. This product made my hair look thick and didn't define curls either.

I've tried LOTS of curl creams. A shameful number indeed. Some were better than others but this one is high on my list. It's lighter than most, easy to apply and leaves my hair soft and manageable. There's no such thing as perfection, but I definitely find it as close as I've gotten so far. The scent is good, not greasy or heavy even when applied with a heavy hand.
