Worked like a charm but took it off.

Difficult to remove but I'm not deducting a star because that's the way it's supposed to be. You tape them in place, they snap, shrink and blamo. The radio comes out. You just have to use a knife or something to pry them out of the groove they are stuck in. Seems durable and works every time crown wins.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Long delivery time

A quick and easy way to remove compatible radios. quality tool.

Used to remove a Blaupunkt Monterey from a 1980's car. Spent about 30 minutes trying the hanger method and then ordered this one. It took 30 seconds to remove the radio with this tool. You push it until it "snaps" in the lugs and pull the radio out yourself with the tool. Looks like a quality tool made from quality steel. I would imagine that it will hold up well with multiple uses.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Contact Seller

didn't work in replacement parts

It was cheap enough to play with, but no matter how many times I've read radio removal instructions or watched youtube videos on how to use these tools, I couldn't do the Snapping clips in allows me to pop at least one side of my device out a bit. There was absolutely no feeling that any nice stain was transmitted through these tires and I tried dozens of times. I was hoping to get a simple reliable device to turn off the radio, but next time I'll try small screwdrivers,

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some little things

Better than the cheap ones at Wal-Fart

I used this bad boy to remove the stock stereo on my 2010 Ford Ranger. Went like clockwork. I had previously bought a cheap one from a "cheap" store but found it to be of extremely poor quality and much more difficult to use than this one. I used it to remove my girlfriend's standard stereo and immediately threw it in the trash after struggling with it for a while. I was hesitant to buy this because I wasn't sure about the quality. I was not disappointed. Feel free to shop this for cheap…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Dodgy

A must have tool for the home

This product was extremely easy to use and took off my factory stereo in my 2003 Ford Escape like a charm! Although the product is only for removing radios, I quickly found that this product is good for many other things around the house. I've found that previous reviewers have given this product high marks for its eye-gouging and bear-proof properties, but I found the product to be just as good as the squirrel croquette set in my backyard. They're always looking for something to do and I'm…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
