Advanced Service Provider Review

Ease of management, ease to integrate with my own software for inventory tracking - not just AS/400's as expected from previous vendor experience (iPad). They need more robust reporting tools than provided by existing toolset; needs additional features like custom reports so they can deliver specific solutions needed within our business line instead relying solely upon their general product offering which lacks in some areas we require customization.
