Bought three of these skirts in three different sizes for a Christmas costume. You have become perfect. Stretchy, durable material and runs true to size. Maybe 3 stars but only 2 because it is so short. The quality is good, not amazing, but comfortable. The waist seems very wide for such a short skirt unless that is what you want (very short skirt). I raised my 12 year old daughter thinking it would be a size 12 or 14 girl and I would say it's close to a size 14 maybe even 16 girl. I am giving this product four stars based on Amazon's rating. My initial reaction was three stars but when I read that it's actually worse than you think I'm a solid 4. I bought this for my 11 year old daughter in middle school, she is medium to tall. Coincidentally I bought my 6 year old daughter the same day the same brand but a different colour/texture but one size smaller and they arrived together.
