It's a junk accessory

I wouldn't but it saves money, it's not good at all and when you screw it into place it slips out no matter how hard you screw it

Pros
  • Great price

Do not buy this for camera and photography

I have looked into stabilizers before but this one is giving me a huge headache. Stay away from it. It will be very cheap. Videos are good for showing customers how to make something, but videos are useless if the product is junk. Avoid this and spend a little more for a more reputable stabilizer.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Not sure

Great, just need a guide.

I bought this for my GoPro and am going to add a microphone and lighting function to it. Pros: Very durable material. It has real weight and once I get used to adjusting the counterweight I'm sure I'll like it better. Cons: No instructions. To this must be added real instructions on how to set the counterweight correctly. I had to search YouTube to find a similar video.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Neutral

I really wanted it to work.

I tried. I watched videos about it several times. I was able to level it and work with it. I put up with all the nuances and small adjustments to make it work. It's great when it works, but I've always had to keep an eye on it. It could go crazy at any moment, so it distracted my creativity. I ended up buying an expensive one and throwing this one away. When I threw it away I felt a lot better. I felt liberated.

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • gone

I've heard complaints about these types of devices and in fact most of them can be added to user error. In order to use a BALANCED device, you must first balance it properly and this requires some patience. Also, keep in mind that every time you change gear (change lenses, add or remove a mic, add or remove lights), you'll need to rebalance the setup all over again. First you need to correctly align the left/right position of your camera. Most cameras' tripod mount is centered on the lens axis,

Pros
  • Very Good Price
Cons
  • Incredible Price

Cheap but effective

Handheld steadicams are very common among videographers and traveling YouTubers these days. There's a good reason for that. They're definitely better than regular handheld video, even with the camera's optical stabilizer or lens. They are also less bulky and more presentable than traditional steadycams that require support around the operator's midsection. Of course, this also results in fewer parts, resulting in lower manufacturing costs and ultimately lower prices. But how can it be so cheap?

Cons
  • Ugly packaging
