Just used this remote on arrival. As if I never lost my old remote control. Rarely does anything run so smoothly in the tech world, so I'm very happy with this purchase.

This remote worked perfectly as soon as I took it out of the box and looks just like my original one that the kids lost. Samsung didn't help at all - I'm glad I went to Revine.

All you get is a remote control. no packaging, no easy setup, device codes? Nothing. Should I just press a button and does it work on any device?

Worked right out of the box, no programming needed after I put the battery in. The only complaint was that the buttons were a little firm when pressed, but i'll say it's a good thing

Very easy to set up. All you have to do is insert the batteries and make sure your soundbar and subwoofer are connected before using the remote control. Haven't had any problems since receiving it. Great product as a replacement.

Only 3 buttons work, volume and power. This remote came with a broken battery case and was only controlled by turning on and off and turning the volume up and down. The main problem is that you can't adjust the treble and bass, and you can't adjust the subwoofer or switch between theatre, cinema and sports.

So actually my biggest problem with this remote is me. I can't stop losing this remote so I'm glad it's an affordable replacement. I don't know if my cats hide them, if I eat them in my sleep, I don't know! But this is a really high-quality part, works perfectly and is worth the money. I'm not looking forward to buying it again, but I do know that this product will always be there when (not when) I need it.
