I was able to create some pretty interesting scenarios for training an agent in my business domain, while at work. It's easy enough to use but it took me awhile to figure out what all of its features were and how they worked together after reading their documentation thoroughly (and asking many questions!). I like how easy it was to get started using Reverie! There are many tutorials for beginners, so we were able to get up-and-running in just minutes. As with any software system, there are some glitches here or there; however, these aren't very frequent problems. The biggest problem I see is if you have a lot of data.
