I've been wearing this case for a few months now and it fell once my screen broke. I go to a phone repair shop and find out the whole back of my phone is cracked so I need a brand new phone which will cost me $200. It's crazy your case didn't protect my phone and now I have to pay $200 for a new one. If there is anything you can do - I would appreciate it. I am very dissatisfied with your product.

Pretty good housing for the money. While it can't compete with the Otterbox, it comes pretty close and will do just fine until I can afford the Otterbox. I just received it today and it was easy to put on and didn't have any issues with the volume buttons as described by other reviewers. The case seems to be well built it compares quite well to the Otterbox I don't know how well it will hold up and I don't know don't plan on throwing my new note 10+ extra for testing.
