Exactly what I was looking for

Just right for a sandwich. It's just my husband and I so I don't need anything special. while i ask I've made a few Reuben sandwiches and they turned out pretty good.

too brittle the best panini sandwich makers and presses

I ordered this product after a month and it just doesn't work anymore. At first I thought of returning it as it didn't look like it would last long but as I really needed it I kept it, not the best choice.

Bad design all round.

Overheats quickly to smoking point, too small to fry two eggs and then try to remove the eggs, eggs and spatters of grease everywhere and the cleaning instructions are ridiculous.

Great grilled sandwiches, grills need to be taken out to clean.

I wish the grilles came out to be washed even though I knew they weren't. Now I wish I had spent more money to remove the dishwasher grills. Don't think paper towels and water clean them so well. Don't use a knife even if you try to be careful as you will scratch the grill which I did.

Good price, the best in kitchen and dining room

It's more like a sandwich maker. It was smaller than I expected, but maybe it's my fault for not checking the dimensions closely. While the sandmaker works, I see a downside in that it heats up unevenly. I think this is a design flaw of the heating element as it browns part of the sandwich and doesn't seem to brown the entire sand evenly. The bottom line is that it works but I don't think I would buy it again, it's not terrible just not great.

Very good value for money

Works very well, we mainly use it to make quesadillas. Heats up quickly and evenly, no hot spots found. We attach particular importance to flat surfaces. While they don't give you a "grilled" pattern, you prefer that. It's very easy to wipe off and keep clean, especially when we're making sticky quesadillas where some of the filling squirts out. The only thing we'd like to see with this is the possibility that maybe the hinge could rotate or fold a bit so we could accommodate thicker items and…
