Problem with last order

I always have a supply of cartridges. I have used your product before with great success. This time both color and black cartridges did not fit. So over the weekend I was forced to buy it from Staples. Could you send me a refund or a new set of cartridges. Many Thanks.

Get both black and full color ink cartridges at one of Revain's lowest prices. Easy to follow instructions. This was my first time changing ink cartridges in a printer and the step by step instructions made it very easy. I'm good at typing so far, and I've been doing a lot of things lately.
