Great anchor.: Sporty

I have seen many complaints about this anchor breaking or not holding the ski. We have used them and never had a problem. They even turned them in hard clay and gravel without bending or twisting the metal. Excellent anchor. This is our second for a new second ski.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Expensive

Basically garbage. Suitable for sports

Pretty useless. The metal that screws in is cheap, cheap, cheap. The triangular part at the top came loose from the screw the first time it was used. Plastic buoy, like a playground for balls. This can work in an ultra light application with very, very soft ground so the top doesn't get cut off. The rope is beautiful.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • High price

Get 2 instead of 1 for saltwater

I've seen a lot of 5 star reviews that say it's suitable for jet skis and I've seen a lot of 1 star reviews that say that it is not suitable for jet skis . This made me very skeptical, so I decided to buy two jet skis instead of one. Having used them on my local shoal near my beach I can say they hold jet skis perfectly, the water wasn't totally calm either. If you are using them for salt water I recommend you buy 2 instead of one.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Only available in white

Reusable anchor in shallow water.

This anchor was designed for use with jet skis. A sea friend put it on me and I use it with my tri-toon in shallow water for short periods of time. I bought a rope in HD with carabiners to create a "Y" shaped leash which I also used to secure it. The only downside is that you watch your step. I've kicked this item in shallow water a few times and it stings a little. Get an old bike flag to mark that anchor in the water and you've solved this problem. This anchor works great and is suitable for…

Not for PWC for sport

It's an average anchor at best, if you use it for something light it might be ok, but it's not good for PWC. I tried this out over the weekend checking safety every 5 minutes then when I finally settled in and thought everything was fine I looked at my PWC and knew right away I had to go for a swim. Luckily I realized this in time and that I am an excellent swimmer as my PWC was moored in a cove right by the sea so I could grab my skis and not lose them in the sea. So if you are anchoring…

  • Sample for one year

  • Crumpled

This will work great next time we go to the sea because .

We bought a couple of SeaDoos this summer and tried using regular metal anchors which did next to nothing. Our SeaDoos kept drifting. A friend told me to try these and I bought 2 of them. Once you screw them all the way in, they'll tighten up. I tried to pull on one to get it out and couldn't, I had to unscrew it. This will work great next time we hit the sea because even though we cool off and cool off behind the jetty there are still waves from boats and ships passing through the harbour…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Short instructions

Absolutely poor product quality, delivery and experience.

To be honest I wish I could rate it lower. I booked this as a last resort as I couldn't find my sea buckthorn a few days before leaving for the lake. This was the first result in Revain and had the most likely delivery date within the time frame I needed. First the order arrived a day late even though I paid for next day shipping to make sure it would arrive. The product itself is also disappointing. The rope that comes with it is definitely shorter than advertised. Spike struggled to keep…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Not intended for salt water.

I bought this mounting system for my 2020 Sea Doo GTI and wanted to use it in the sea on sandbars or beaches. Unfortunately the propeller pulled out of the ground the first time I used it and if it hadn't been for my 'real' anchor (a 2.2 pound claw anchor) I would have lost my Sea Doo. I was in a rather calm area where there were minimal waves and a wind of 10-12 m/s. Most of the waves were from small boats sailing 50 to 100 yards away so the water was fairly calm. I'm sure this thing will work
