I'm a lip gloss snob - I only use natural products and am always willing to try new products. I'm really glad I bought this lip gloss because it's amazing. It tastes and smells great (a lot like pineapple) and a tube lasts quite a while (I've been on it for over a month, although I usually only use it once or twice a day). I will definitely buy it again (once it runs out).

This item clearly states that you will receive 12 packs of lip gloss, but you won't. I was sent a tube of gloss and when I contacted the company they responded REALLY quickly and refunded the postage but have yet to correct the incorrect description. Anyway, as for the product itself, this lip gloss feels and actually smells nice, but has a harsh, waxy taste once it hits the mouth.

Well, as I understand it, four packs arrived, one tube. The packaging on the tube itself was very difficult to remove leaving parts of the paper sticker on it :( Also the product was defective.
