Disappointed... Best of Shoulder Bags

I love this bag and style but unfortunately every time you open the bag and attach the buckle the matte black finish wears off revealing the silver finish. I only wore the bag for 3 weeks and noticed chipping after the first use. My stylish bag now looks cheap. Also, I bought this bag at the store and paid over $70 for it.
