Great Value for Home Security

I recently purchased a video surveillance camera from the Camera & Photo section in Electronics store. As a result of my tests, I determined that this camera serves the purposes of a mid-range value security camera. The 25ft/7" length of the cable is an excellent feature, allowing for flexibility during installation. The picture quality is also great, providing clear footage. Does not fit: Accessory

I wanted this to work but it doesn't. I think the problem lies in the manufacturer's desire to make the connection to the camera waterproof. The rubber compound at the end of the cable just doesn't make for a good connection. I've tried "wiggling" the plug in place, I've tried holding the back of the jack (from inside the battery compartment) for support. No juice in chamber. Nice try, good idea, needs more technique.

Not suitable for Security and Surveillance System
