These belts are advertised as being reversible. It is true that the skin is black on one side and brown on the other. The belt buckle is not fully reversible. If the strap behaves like a black strap, the latch is ok. When the strap behaves like a brown strap, the latch has a notch where the pin would normally fit and no notch where the pin would fit. Bilateral? Nearly.

Okay after a while about 7 months this belt had some problems - mostly the holes are so worn that now the black layer is peeling off - this belt actually looked quite real at first space, but I think it's such a torn skin. It doesn't hold up as well as it seems, lesson learned and it's also heavy having had multiple straps before. Why is it so damn hard to find a good black leather belt that isn't torn or something? good for a while. And it still works like a belt, it's by far the best shredded
