If you like this mouse and suddenly it stops working, don't panic. The software is so poorly written that the mouse sometimes loses its LOD (Lift Distance) settings. As a result, the mouse no longer works as usual on dark or grainy surfaces. In this case, the software can't even detect the mouse, so there's nothing you can do. Update 3 months after purchase: mouse does not work intermittently. Only the right click is registered, but the mouse pointer does not move. Restarting the PC/reinstalling the drivers doesn't help. My first reaction to this mouse was that it felt good in my hand but the clicker was quite loud. I've gotten used to it now and the loud clicking doesn't bother me anymore. It's a solid mouse, but it advertises a battery life of up to 350 hours, and it gave me a critical battery warning after a lot less use than it did after my first full charge. I'm not sure if they intend for you to turn off the mouse every time you're done using the computer or not. Using it with the included charger is fine
