Old School Tenderizer

very solid workmanship, good weight balance, feels good in the hand. 2 sets of spikes reduced this 2" London grill to 1/2" in seconds.

Does the job! suitable for kitchen and dining room

Durable kitchen tool. Good build quality, feels solid and heavy (exactly what you'd expect from a tool like this). Doesn't look cheap. It has two sides, one with thicker and more widely spaced dots, the other with smaller, denser dots. Gives you more choice in how tender you want the meat to be. Seems durable like it will last for years. Made of metal. The price was good.

Great for chopping meat

My wife bought this double headed meat spatula to tenderize chicken for many of her recipes. One day I was a little confused as we were cooking a steak and she told me to "beat the meat". Luckily, she pulled the plasticizer out of the dish drawer, and her statement made sense. The tool is thin, feels good in the hand and works effortlessly. The large head grinds thicker meats like beef with ease. While the smaller head flattens chicken and veal better. Hope this is helpful!

I have been able to use this tenderizer on several types of meat. Some meats include chicken, steak, salmon steak, and some pork. When it comes to cleaning, I can either soak it or just throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean and ready to use again. Fits in my drawer and doesn't take up much space. The handle is very strong, but the handle cover has not yet been removed or even started to be removed. No matter which side I use, I can either flatten or tenderize a piece of meat. I was…

It will last a lifetime

This meat tenderizer is lighter than my old one but in a different way. The handle is thinner and lighter thanks to the rubber grips, so all the weight is on the end of the handle. This means that when I swing, the end hits harder even though I use less energy. This is perfect because I have an autoimmune disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis which leaves me with very little strength and grip in my arms. I threw away my old tenderizer! With this I can do twice as much and half the effort. I would
